BANANA AND WALNUTS

INGREDIENTS

2 and ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

1/3 cup coconut sugar

5 tablespoons coconut oil

1 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups banana slices, dried

DIRECTIONS

In a crock pot, combine all the ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Divide everything into bowls and serve as a snack.
