BEEF, PLANTAIN & GREENS SOUP

INGREDIENTS

6 plantains, skinless and cubed

2 pounds beef meat, cubed

3 cups collard greens, chopped

 A pinch of sea salt and black pepper

3 cups water

½ cup sweet paprika

3 tablespoons allspice

¼ cup garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cayenne pepper

 DIRECTIONS

In a slow cooker, mix all the ingredients. Toss, cover and cook on High temperature for 5 hours. Divide into bowls and serve.
