BRUSSELS SPROUT AND PECAN SALAD

INGREDIENTS

1 red onion, chopped

12 Brussels sprouts, sliced

A pinch of sea salt

Black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/3 cup pecans, chopped

¼ cup raisins

2/3 cup hemp seeds

½ red apple, cored and chopped

DIRECTIONS

Heat up a pan with oil over medium heat. Add onions and cook for a few minutes. Add Brussels sprouts and cook again for 4 minutes. Turn off heat and leave aside to cool down. Add apple pieces, hemp seeds, raisins, a pinch of sea salt, black pepper and pecans in the salad and serve.
