CHIA AND ALMOND PUDDING

INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds

A pinch of salt

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

In a bowl, mix cocoa powder, almond milk, vanilla extract and chia seeds until they blend. Transfer to a dessert glass and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
