PAN FRIED LEMON GARLIC SHRIMP
INGREDIENTS
12 jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
A pinch of sea salt
Black pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon steak seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
2 teaspoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
Heat up a pan with oil over medium-high heat, add pepper flakes, garlic and shrimp. Stir and cook for 4 minutes. Season with a pinch of sea salt, black pepper, parsley, lemon juice and lemon zest. Divide between plates and serve.
