SEA SALT KALE CHIPS

INGREDIENTS

1 tablespoon avocado oil

1 bunch kale, leaves separated

A pinch of sea salt

Black pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

Pat dry kale leaves and arrange them on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle oil, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt and black pepper to taste. Place in the oven at 275 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes. Serve the chips cold.
