SESAME TUNA STEAKS
INGREDIENTS
1 teaspoon fennel seeds
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
4 medium tuna steaks
¼ teaspoon black peppercorns
A pinch of sea salt
Black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
DIRECTIONS
In your grinder, mix peppercorns with fennel, mustard seeds, sesame seeds, pinch of sea salt, pepper to taste and grind well. Spread this mix on a plate, add tuna steaks and toss to coat. Heat up a pan with the oil over medium-high heat, add tuna steaks and cook for 3 minutes on each side. Divide between plates and serve with a side salad.
