COCOA HAZELNUT BALLS

INGREDIENTS

10 hazelnuts, roasted

1 cup hazelnuts, roasted and chopped

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons raw cocoa powder

¼ cup maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

Put ½ cup chopped hazelnuts in a food processor and blend well. Add vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and maple syrup and blend again. Roll the 10 hazelnuts in cocoa powder mix, dip them in the rest of the chopped hazelnuts and arrange balls on a lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 20 minutes and then serve them.
