SAVORY BEEF SALAD

INGREDIENTS

1 pound beef, ground

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 yellow onion, chopped

A pinch of sea salt

Black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon savory, dried

1 tablespoon parsley, dried

2 tablespoons oregano, dried

3 ounces kale, chopped

3 ounces endives, chopped

¼ cup kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

¼ cup green olives, pitted and sliced

DIRECTIONS

Heat up a pan with oil over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir and cook for 3 minutes. Add beef, endives, kale, savory, oregano and parsley and cook for 5 minutes more. Add green and kalamata olives. Place in preheated broiler and broil for 4 minutes over medium heat. Divide into bowls and serve.
